I am Noela Domi, a young artist, entrepreneur, and technology enthusiast from Kukës, Albania.
My journey so far has taken me through different fields, but they all have one thing in common: the desire to learn, create, and try new things.
I believe that creativity and innovation can create new opportunities when they are combined with determination, hard work and continuous learning.
It All Started with Art
Art has always been one of the most important parts of my life.
As a painter, I have organised three solo exhibitions and have taken part in different exhibitions and galleries. Painting has allowed me to express myself, experiment with new ideas, and show the way I see the world through creativity.
Through my artistic work, I have always wanted to encourage other young people to follow their passions and not be afraid to try something different.
Throughout this journey, I have also received awards and recognition for my work in painting, including North Star Albania and recognition through Talent Globe, along with other certificates connected to my artistic development.
From Kukës to a Wider Audience
My artistic journey has also been presented through media in Albania and Kosovo. I have been invited or featured in more than seven television, radio, and media outlets, where I have shared my story, experiences, and artistic journey.
For me, these experiences have been more than media appearances. They have been an opportunity to show that a young person coming from a city like Kukës can create, grow, and build their own path step by step.
From Art to Technology
Although art will always remain part of my identity, over time I became increasingly interested in technology and the digital world.
This interest led me to create my own online business, where I provide services in Graphic Design, Branding, Social Media Management, and Digital Marketing.
For me, this was a natural way to combine creativity with technology and use both in practical projects.
To further develop my skills, I completed Glow Code, a coding and leadership programme organised by the Peace Corps in Sarandë.
I have also earned more than seven professional certifications in technology and digital skills, working across areas such as graphic design, digital marketing and emerging technologies.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
Another important part of my journey has been my involvement in youth and community activities.
I have participated in organisations and initiatives where I have had the opportunity to contribute to areas related to STEM, digital education, innovation and youth participation.
I have also taken part in debate activities, which helped me strengthen my public speaking, leadership, teamwork and critical thinking skills.
In 2026, I also participated in CCIR – Cambridge Center for International Research, where I competed with an essay on meritocracy based on a topic proposed by UCLA.
This experience allowed me to think more deeply about education, fairness and equal opportunities, while also strengthening my research and academic writing skills.
HerTech Academy
One of the initiatives I have started and feel especially proud of is HerTech Academy.
HerTech Academy is an online academy currently in development, created with the idea of giving girls more opportunities to learn and develop skills in technology.
The programme aims to include practical areas such as graphic design, web design, coding, branding and digital marketing, together with other technology-related fields.
Applications for the first participants have already opened, and this is only the beginning of an idea that I hope will continue to grow in the future.
What I Want to Build Next
I still consider myself at the beginning of my journey.
There is still so much I want to learn, many ideas I want to explore, and many areas in which I want to grow. But every experience I have had so far has helped me understand more clearly what I want to build in the future.
I want to continue developing in technology, entrepreneurship, art, and leadership, while also creating opportunities for other young people, especially girls who want to become involved in technology and new fields.
For me, success is not only about what you achieve for yourself, but also about what you can create for others.
And this is only the beginning of my story.
